Wellness Check Visits

Short, structured visits provide families with reassurance and help bridge gaps in a loved one’s existing care.

Wellness checks are ideal when you are travelling, live outside the area, or would like an independent person to check on a loved one at home, in a residence, or in the hospital.

Home or Residence Wellness Check — $60

Hospital Wellness Check — $90

The hospital visit price includes additional appointment time and a $10 parking allowance.

What a Wellness Check Includes

  • General wellness observation
  • Alertness, mood, and mobility check
  • Environmental cleanliness and safety review
  • Companionship and engagement
  • Communication of any concerns observed during the visit

The Value of an Independent Wellness Check

  • An independent perspective beyond regular facility staff
  • Greater insight into the cleanliness and safety of your loved one’s surroundings
  • Early identification of possible concerns
  • Clear and transparent communication
  • Additional peace of mind for family members

Important Foot Care Limitations

This service is intended for routine foot and nail care.
