Senior house call service in Montreal

senior in residenceThis senior house call service is a short visit to check in on senior clients, and provide reassurance and quality control reports to family members.

This service is beneficial for seniors who need a little bit of extra help with personal care, household tasks, or would benefit from routine short visits to provide companionship.

This service is optimal for families who would like to have the opportunity to check in on a senior loved one(s). These visits can be very ideal when you need supplement assistance to the CLSC services provided, or simply for a routine check in to provide companionship and peace of mind.

Danielle Foley, the director of Unison Care has over 12 years experience as a private caregiver to seniors, and has worked in seniors homes, residences (public and private), as well as hospitals. Danielle has the natural ability to connect with seniors who live with dementia and has worked mostly in memory care throughout her years in service. She understands the balance of what the important needs and wants of each senior and family members are in and around a residence.

At the end of each visit a standard report from the caregivers visit will be sent to the family. This will let the family know how things are going at the place residence, and if there are any obvious issues/changes that the family should be made aware of.

This short routine visit can also be an excellent way to slowly introduce  home care options with our trusted care company partners as more time is needed per visit.
