Unison Care | Mobile Foot Care for Seniors
Unison Care provides professional in-home foot care services for seniors living in residences and private homes across Montreal. All services are delivered in structured, one-hour appointments. Every visit includes all necessary equipment and supplies. No preparation is required from the client. This service is also provided to seniors who live with dementia both at home, or in a residence in Memory Care.
Residence Rates
(Private & Public Care Facilities-Memory Care Included)
Initial Foot Care Visit – $120+tx
The first visit includes a complete foot care service with all supplies provided.
Ongoing Monthly Visit – $90tx per visit
To maintain the preferred monthly rate, the next visit must occur within 30 days. If more than 30 days pass between visits, the rate resets to $120.
Annual Package up front – $1055.00+tx ($85 /monthly + initial $120)
Twelve prepaid visits at the monthly rate. The first visit is $120. The remaining eleven visits are $85 each. Package is paid in advance and is non-refundable. If you have already paid the initial visit fee then it will be deducted from the total price.
Couples Booking (prices x2) – 15% Discount (for couples that reside in same residence)
Couples receive a 15% discount on the total combined bill. Each client receives one full hour of care (two-hour total appointment). A minimum of five days’ notice is required to accommodate scheduling.
Parking
Visitor parking is typically available at senior residences at no charge.
Private House/Condo/Apt
Initial Foot Care Visit – $150+tx
The first visit includes a full foot care service with all supplies provided.
Ongoing Monthly Visit – $120+tx
To maintain the monthly rate, the next appointment must occur within 30 days. If more than 30 days pass between visits, the rate resets to $150.
Annual Package up front – $1,360+tx ($110.00/monthly + Initial $150 visit)
The first visit per client is $150. The remaining eleven visits are $110 each. Package is paid in advance and is non-refundable. If you have already paid the initial visit fee then it will be deducted from the total price.
Couples Booking (prices x2)- 15% Discount (for couples that reside in same residence)
Clients are charged individually based on services and visit frequency. Each client receives one full hour of focused care (two-hour total appointment). A minimum of five days’ notice is required.
Parking
Any parking fees incurred will be added to the invoice. A parking pass should be provided on the first visit where applicable. Please note that time spent locating parking may reduce visit time.
What the Initial Foot Care Visit Includes
The initial appointment is a comprehensive, unhurried visit designed to improve mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life.
Many seniors experience difficulty bending, reduced vision, or reduced flexibility, making safe nail care challenging. Improper trimming can lead to cuts, infections, and mobility issues. Professional care reduces these risks.
During the visit:

A comfortable seating area is selected to ensure safety and ease.

All equipment is brought on-site, including foot basin, stool, lighting (if needed), towels, tools, and medical gloves.

No supplies are required from the client.

No mess is left behind.
Step-by-Step Foot Care Service
Each visit may include:

Warm foot soak with calming salt solution

Gentle exfoliation to soften dry skin

Careful trimming and shaping of toenails

Cleaning of the nail surface and edges
-
Safe removal of surface calluses (where appropriate)

Removal of dry skin on toes, sides, and soles

Attention around bunions and pressure areas

Final rinse and thorough drying, including between toes

Application of moisturizing cream to protect and hydrate skin
The visit is completed with attention to cleanliness, discretion, dignity, and safety.
Many clients report improved walking comfort and greater ease wearing shoes following treatment.
